HP Hardware Purchase
Instructions for ordering HP nodes for departmental use using SRM.
To order HP nodes at the ITaP prices for departmental use, please enter an order directly into SRM. Please add the specific text outlined below to make sure you obtain the special prices negotiated by ITaP for these machines.
You will need to include the quantity and the HP Quote ID# for each configuration you would like to purchase.
WHO TO PLACE YOUR ORDER(S) WITH: Place your orders in SRM to Hewlett Packard (BP#2876) to their 10810 Farnam Dr. Omaha, NE address.
NOTES ON YOUR ORDER: In the vendor text field in SRM, please add the following notes:
- ATTN: Ivan Ortiz
- This transaction is using the T&C's of the E and I agreement HP Big Deal # 83429559-V5
- HP Partner ID # (333770001)
- In accordance with your quote and our reference W-1767.
- Please include the Purdue contact person's name and email address in this section also

In the internal note section, please add:

Make sure to specify this address as the vendor address.
For each configuration, please make sure to use the HP Quote ID# xxxxxxxx in the description for the item ordered. Configuration details and HP Quote ID#s are available here. You do not need to enter any other machine details into SRM. The quote ID# is all that is needed.
