RCAC system maintenance scheduled for January 6-7
January 08, 2009RCAC systems will be unavailable from 8am-5pm on Tuesday, January 6, for system maintenance. The Pete Linux cluster will not be returned to service until Wednesday afternoon, January 7, so RCAC systems staff and technical staff from the PBSPro vendor can work to diagnose and correct problems with its PBS server installation.
Only those PBS jobs will walltimes short enough that they will complete prior to 8am Tuesday, January 6, will be scheduled for execution -- jobs with longer walltimes will be held in the queue until the systems have been returned to production after the maintenance.
