DXUL/Fortress archival storage system in degraded mode 2/23
February 23, 2011The DXUL/Fortress archival storage system became unable to access tapes in its robotic tape libary at approximately 9:25am Wednesday, February 23. Until ITaP Storage Engineers could correct this problem, it was not possible to stage files from tape into the DXUL/Fortress disk cache for access.
This problem was resolved at 11:10am Wednesday, February 23.
