Loftis Joins the Rosen Center Staff
Bruce Loftis joined the Rosen Center for Advanced Computing staff on April 18, 2004 as a Senior Research Scientist and Manager of User Services. Bruce came to Purdue via NCSA at the University of Illinois, the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center, and the North Carolina Supercomputing Center. He has 25 years of high-performance scientific computing experience including independent and collaborative research, design and implementation of technical support programs, technical marketing, and software design. His technical skills include parallel and distributed computing, numerical methods, and scientific visualization. His experience includes a wide range of hardware, languages, software packages, and tools.
