SC07 Participation

Over thirty Purdue University faculty, staff, and students will be attending the SC07 conference in Reno, NV, in November. SC07, sponsored by ACM and IEEE Computer Society, will showcase how high-performance computing, networking, storage and analysis lead to advances in research, education and commerce. This premiere conference includes technical and education programs, workshops, tutorials, an exhibit area, demonstrations and hands-on-learning. For more information on the conference visit SC07 .
Purdue’s presence at SC07 includes an exhibit booth (booth #302), participation on the SC07 Executive Committee, participation in the bandwidth challenge, and participation in the student cluster challenge.
Presentations and demonstrations by Purdue and Notre Dame Faculty and staff will be given in the Purdue exhibit booth throughout the technical program. Stop by the booth to hear about the latest technology discoveries. See the schedule of presentations here.
Eight Purdue students will be competing against other undergraduate teams from around the nation at the inaugural Cluster Challenge. These students have spent several weeks preparing for the contest. Read more….
