Steele PBS Scheduling Down, Sept. 11-12
September 12, 2008PBS scheduling of any new jobs on Steele stopped working around 11:30pm on Sept. 11 and is still down now. Engineers are working on the problem with the vendor, but do not yet have an estimate of when PBS will return to service.
Update on 9/12, 4:30pm: Our engineers are still in contact with the PBS vendor, but the vendor has not been able to resolve the problem yet. We will post another update at noon tomorrow.
Update on 9/12, 6:25pm: Steele PBS is back in operation now. All jobs should be resuming normally and new submissions should work as well. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you see any problems, please let us know by emailing rcac-help@purdue.edu.
