Today's research storage administrators are challenged with creating, managing, and rapidly responding to research storage requirements. Learn about the differences between consumer and enterprise storage technologies. Learn how you can leverage enterprise storage features to manage your storage needs, accelerate research applications, and respond quickly to changing research requirements, affordably.

James Reaney, Ph.D. is our guest speaker from BlueArc Corporation. James is Executive Director, Strategic Technologies and coordinates activities with research customers worldwide. Prior to joining BlueArc, James was Network & Server Operations Manager for Life Sciences at Harvard University. With more than 18 years of experience as an IT Director and computing, networking, and storage analyst in various HPC research environments, his experience provides him with a solid working knowledge of research customers' day-to-day operations, the challenges faced by local IT staff, how to better meet the fiscal requirements of research administrations, and how BlueArc's products can help accelerate research performance.
