Steele Linux Cluster unavailable Tuesday-Thursday, 7/14-16
July 12, 2009The Steele Linux cluster will be unavailable from 8am Tuesday, July 14, through 6pm Thursday, July 16, for an operating system upgrade from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5. Only those PBS jobs with walltimes short enough that they will finish prior to the beginning of this maintenance period are being scheduled for execution -- jobs with longer walltimes will be held in the input queue until the operating system upgrade has been completed.
