Scheduled Maintenance for Radon Cluster
UPDATE - 12:40 pm 27 Nov 2012:
The update went smoothly, with no delays or problems, and Radon has returned to service as of 12:30 pm, 5 and a half hours earlier than expected. Please let us know at rcac-help@purdue.edu if you see any problems with the system, or have any questions about this upgrade.
The Radon compute cluster will be unavailable from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Tuesday, 27 November, 2012. During this outage, we will be installing the latest update to its batch scheduling software. This upgrade should provide enhanced reliability and better scalability of batch jobs.

Any PBS jobs which request a walltime which would take them past the starting maintenance time will not start and will remain in the queue until after the maintenance is completed.
