Scheduling on Carter has been resumed, and Carter is back in full production.

Beginning the morning of April 16, a number of compute nodes on the Carter cluster are experiencing a connectivity issue.
While ITaP engineers are troubleshooting the issue, the scheduling of new jobs on Carter has been paused.
Further updates on this issue will be posted by 4:00pm.
