Network Storage Outage

All ITaP Research Computing systems are currently experiencing an issue with accessing network filesystems. A case has been opened with our vendor as ITaP engineers troubleshoot the issue. Cluster users may experience issues accessing files in /home, /group, and /apps.

Until the issue is resolved, PBS scheduling has been paused on all systems, so no new jobs will be started. Jobs already in progress will continue if able to do so depending on their storage needs.

UPDATE: The network switch that was the root cause of this issue has been fixed, and all clusters were tested and returned to normal operations at approximately noon today.
