Peregrine1 Maintenance
The Peregrine1 cluster will be unavailable beginning at 8:00am on Monday, May 19, 2014, for scheduled maintenance. The cluster will return to full production by 5:00pm, Tuesday, May 20.
During this time, the cluster's network link to West Lafayette will be migrated to new switches, the batch scheduler will be upgraded to the latest version, and maintenance will be performed on the the cluster's scratch filesystem.
Additionally, several other changes to the application software stack will be deployed. See Software Stack Changes in May for further information on software changes.
Any PBS jobs which request a walltime which would take them past 8:00am on 5/19/2014 will not start and will remain in the queue until after the maintenance is completed.
