Account Deactivation

RCAC accounts normally may be deactivated within 30 days of termination of the relationship which authorized them. This could be someone leaving Purdue, leaving a project at Purdue, or ending an active partnership with a Purdue researcher. We ask that users download any data or files they wish to keep prior to deactivation.

TeraGrid accounts are deactivated 30 days after the user's TeraGrid allocation expires. We ask that users download any data or files they wish to keep prior to deactivation.

Purdue University reserves the right to terminate access to an RCAC account at any time under any circumstances without warning.

If your account has been deactivated, and you find you need a file that was in your account, you will need to file a ticket with RCAC by emailing rcac-help@purdue.edu.
