Account Deactivation

ITaP may deactivate accounts within 30 days of termination of the relationship which authorized them. This could be someone leaving Purdue, leaving a project at Purdue, or ending an active partnership with a Purdue researcher. Users should download any data or files they wish to keep prior to deactivation.

Purdue University reserves the right to terminate access to an ITaP research account at any time under any circumstances without warning.

If you find your account deactivated and you need a file that was in your account, you must file a ticket with us by emailing rcac-help@purdue.edu.

To prevent your account being deactivated, or to re-activate it, a Purdue faculty member can submit a Request for Privileges (R4P) through their Departmental Business Office.
