Get the most out of Purdue clusters for your bioinformatics jobs

ITaP Research Computing staff will offer a training session entitled: DOs and DON’Ts for biologists when using the Purdue Research Computing clusters. The presentation by Lev Gorenstein, will highlight the best practices when submitting PBS jobs, followed by examples and solutions for common problems.

Presentation will be followed by informal discussion with ITaP consultants, and Q&A time to address specific issues or concerns users may have. Refreshments will be provided at 1:15 PM.

Any current or prospective community cluster user is encouraged to attend. No registration is required. For more information, email rcac-help@purdue.edu. ITaP Research Computing (RCAC), Purdue Bioinformatics Core, Purdue Genomics Core Facility and Professor Michael Gribskov are sponsoring this training session.
