Data Management
RCAC provides many file storage options to Purdue researchers. Some are high-performance, large capacity spaces optimized for Community Cluster use, while others, like the Research Data Depot or Fortress archive, are well-suited for storage of a wide variety of research data.

Data touches nearly every aspect of our lives today, and it is no different in academia. Developments in data science, AI, and machine learning are enabling research that was never before possible. RCAC offers the physical infrastructure, education, and expert staff to support the AI and data science work of researchers and students at Purdue.

Bioinformatics Support
The Bioinformatics Services at Purdue’s RCAC provides expert support for researchers in genomics, genetics, and computational biology. We assist with complex biological data analysis, including NGS, transcriptomics, and large-scale data management.

The Scientific Solutions Group (SSG) develops innovative cyberinfrastructure solutions to help advance scientific discovery and education, and enable greater research reproducibility and impact at Purdue and beyond.
