All users should be able to log in to the WSC Hadoop cluster again now. Please let us know if you are still experiencing any problems.

The WSC Hadoop cluster began experiencing issues with login access around 10:30am. Engineers have identified the problem and are addressing it now. We expect to have service restored soon and will issue an update then.
