The WHPC program is part of the Purdue Information Technology broader engagement initiative to expose and encourage women in the Purdue community to pursue research and careers in HPC and technology fields.

Purpose

To increase workforce diversity and help promote and advance the representation of women in High Performance Computing (HPC) and technology.

Our Members

WHPC is a group of undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff interested in high performance computing (HPC) at Purdue University. Anyone with an interest in HPC and supporting the advancement of women in the field is invited to join WHPC at Purdue.

Activities

Activities include regular meetings to present and discuss technical HPC-related issues of interest and an opportunity to network with your WHPC community, scholarship opportunities, a mentor program, and exposure to external resources and opportunities.
