Unscheduled Rice outage

As of 11:36am, the Rice cluster has been returned to normal service. Job queues have been enabled and job scheduling has been resumed. Please report any issues to rcac-help@purdue.edu.

The Rice cluster is currently experiencing issues with the scratch filesystem. Engineers have identified the problem and are in the process of applying the fix. Job scheduling has been paused while this issue is being addressed.

We will provide an update by 12:00pm if it has not been resolved by that time.
