HalsteadGPU to join Gilbreth
On Tuesday, February 19th, 2019, HalsteadGPU will start the process of joining our new dedicated GPU cluster, Gilbreth! This move will greatly expand the resources available to users of HalsteadGPU, and will allow us to better serve the growing community of researchers using and developing GPU-enabled applications. All partners in HalsteadGPU have had access to Gilbreth for a while now, so as a HalsteadGPU user, if you find you do not yet have access to Gilbreth, please contact your PI or research group queue managers to have that authorized.
If you have important data on HalsteadGPU scratch, you will need to transfer it to the Fortress archive or to Gilbreth scratch. Instructions for transferring data from HalsteadGPU scratch can be found here.
We hope this transition will provide an even better research environment for you! Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!
