Office Hours for BoilerKey and SSH Keys Login Questions
Earlier this week, due to immediate security concerns, we started to require BoilerKey two-factor authentication (2FA) or SSH key authentication for all direct SSH or Thinlinc desktop access on Research Computing clusters. Some common questions about this change are posted in the BoilerKey and SSH Key Login to Clusters FAQ.
On Friday, August 21st, 2020, we will host two sessions of office hours for questions specifically related to this change:
- 10:30 am – noon (EDT)
- 3:30 - 5:00 pm (EDT)
