Unscheduled Data Depot outage

UPDATE: February 4, 2021  8:58pm

Engineers have identified the problem with Data Depot storage server and applied the fixes. Data Depot is operational again for all supported access methods. Scheduling has been resumed on all affected research computing clusters.

The Data Depot storage server began experiencing issues around 3:00pm on Thursday, February 4th, 2021. Engineers are currently diagnosing the issue and are working to identify a fix. Job scheduling has been paused on all clusters while this issue is being addressed.

We will provide an update by 9:00 PM today.
