AlphaFold Protein Structure Prediction and Visualization with PyMOL on Negishi and Gilbreth
This in-person workshop will give students, staff, and faculty an introduction on how to get started with AlphaFold and PyMOL on computing HPC clusters at Purdue University. Attendees should have basic knowledge of protein sequences prior to attending. Topics covered will include the following:
- Introduction to AlphaFold and PyMOL on clusters
- Basic AlphaFold and PyMOL workflow
- AlphaFold jobs
