• How to reach RCAC clusters through the Open OnDemand web portal
• How to set up inputs and parameters and launch an nf-core pipeline from the portal
• How to follow a run’s progress and find its results and reports from the browser

By the End of the Session, You’ll

• Launch an nf-core pipeline from Open OnDemand on an RCAC cluster
• Track a running pipeline and retrieve its outputs and reports
• Decide when the portal is enough and when to move to the command line
