Ibrahem's Ph.D. research addresses high-speed flows through direct numerical simulations with an in-house high-fidelity solver. His interests include Artificial Intelliegence & Machine Learning, HPC support and education, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

Ibrahem enjoys walking and traveling extensively by car. His trips include:

  • Philadelphia to Erie Lake and Niagara Falls and back to Philadelphia (single trip, 2019)

  • East Lansing to Atlanta, Miami, and back to East Lansing (single trip, 2021)

He also regularly drives to nearby cities, 1 to 2 hours away, for just drinking coffee or grocery shopping.
