Yucheng Zhang's Profile Photo

Senior Life Science Scientist

Yucheng joined RCAC Support team in August 2021. Prior to joining RCAC, Yucheng was a bioinformatician working on genomics, epigeanomics and transcriptomics in Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center. Besides cancer bioinformatics, he also has extensive research experience in plant and microbe genomics and transcriptomics. His interests include computational biology, gene regulation, machine learning, and deep learning. Details about his research can be found in his Google Scholar Profile. In RCAC, Yucheng provides support for life science related and containerized applications.
