    • Keynote Jarret Cummings of Educause on the impact of CMMC
    • Ideation Sessions of impactful means to address challenges
  • Session #3 (January 27, 2021 at 1 pm ET)
    • Keynote Jay Gallman and Erik Deumens
    • Discovery of Existing Resources
    • Determining Final Outputs & Planning to Arrive there with remaining 3 sessions
  • Session #4 (March 10, 2021 1:30-4 pm ET)
    Continue with small groups working through:
    1. Ownership, roles and responsibilities
    2. Cost analysis and financial impact
    3. Build and maintain a training program
    4. Cohesive approach to audit and assessment
    5. Interpretation and guidance for the controls
    6. Scoping the security boundary

Workshop Expectations

  • Difficulties inherent in participating remotely
    • Isolated from other participants, difficult to keep attention focused, talking to a screen
    • Please try to stay engaged, avoid distractions, take a break when you need to
  • Use the collaboration technology to stay engaged and communicate
    • Write and contribute to shared documents
    • Stay focused on producing the product needed from your session
    • Be respectful of others’ opinions and be aware of the limitations of remote participation
