Purdue University ArcGIS Online Organization

ArcGIS Online is an online, collaborative cloud-based mapping platform. You can make and share maps, and do everything in between. Purdue has an ArcGIS Online organization that is hosted by Esri; the url for this organization is: https://purdueuniversity.maps.arcgis.com.

  • To create your ArcGIS Online account if you do not already have one, go to: https://purdueuniversity.maps.arcgis.com.
  • Sign in using your Purdue Career account; use the 'USING YOUR PURDUE UNIVERSITY ACCOUNT' button on the login page.
  • Your online account will be set up automatically the first time you log in; there will be no forms to complete. Your ArcGIS Online account name will be based on your Purdue career account name; it will be something like ... xxxx@purdue.edu_purdueuniversity.

By default, your Purdue ArcGIS Online account will be authorized to use: ArcGIS Pro Advanced with extensions, ArcGIS Business Analyst Web and Mobile Apps, ArcGIS Community Analyst, ArcGIS Insights, GeoPlanner for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Urban Suite. You will also have access to Esri's online courses.
