Job Scheduling Issue on Clusters

As of Monday, April 16th, 2018 at 10:00am EDT, Halstead, HalsteadGPU, and Hammer are not properly scheduling new jobs due to a problem with the Moab scheduler. Existing jobs are unaffected.
We are working with the vendor to address this and expect to have the issue resolved within an hour or two.
