Emergency HalsteadGPU Cluster Maintenance

As of 4:20pm, engineers have canceled this maintenance and have returned the HalsteadGPU cluster back to normal service. All queues have been enabled and jobs have resumed scheduling. Please report any issues to rcac-help@purdue.edu

The HalsteadGPU cluster will be unavailable beginning at Thursday, January 31st, 2019 at 8:00am EST, for emergency maintenance. The cluster is expected to return to full production by %enddatetime%.
During this time, HalsteadGPU will have critical security patches made to the operating system.
Any PBS jobs which request a walltime which would take them past Thursday, January 31st, 2019 at 8:00am EST will not start and will remain in the queue until after the maintenance is completed. Any jobs which are still running at Thursday, January 31st, 2019 at 8:00am EST will need to be terminated. Unfortunately, due to the critical security nature of the work, these patches cannot be postponed to allow for normal job completion.
