As of 11:56am EDT, Windows Network Drive access to Data Depot is fully restored. Please report any issues to rcac-help@purdue.edu

Additional filesystem checks and overnight stability tests on Data Depot were successful. Windows Network Drive access to Data Depot is restored and appears to be functional and stable.

Systems engineers will continue to monitor the health of the Data Depot. We will provide another update by noon.

Work continues on bringing Data Depot to normal operation.

Please note that the SMB/Windows Network Drive access may currently suffer from intermittent failures.

Since Friday, April 17, the Research Data Depot filesystem has been unavailable on community cluster systems, but remained available through other means of access (such as Windows Network Drive).

Around 9:00am EDT on Tuesday, April 21st, 2020, the Data Depot began experiencing issues with Windows Network Drive access. Engineers are currently diagnosing the issue and are working to identify a fix.

We will provide an update by 10pm tonight or as soon as we have any additional information
