Rice Scheduler Issues

As of 10:30 am to day (Tuesday 13 October) we believe this issue is resolved and scheduling has been resumed on the Rice cluster

As of about 8:15 pm yesterday (Monday 12 October) the Slurm batch scheduler on Rice entered a degraded state due to a problem with its internal database. Job Scheduling on Rice has been paused while we work on this issue.
We will provide an update by 4:00 pm today (Tuesday 13 October)
