Unscheduled Data Depot outage

UPDATE: January 25, 2021  11:49pm

As of 11:49pm, Data Depot mounts have been restored and the Bell, Gilbreth, Scholar, Brown, Halstead, Snyder, and Rice clusters returned to normal service. Job queues have been enabled and job scheduling has been resumed. We apologize for the disruption of service. Please report any issues to rcac-help@purdue.edu.

The Bell, Gilbreth, Scholar, Brown, Halstead, Snyder, and Rice clusters began experiencing issues with their Data Depot mounts around 10:00pm. Engineers are currently diagnosing the issue and are working to identify a fix. To avoid job losses for jobs that rely on software or data residing on Depot, job scheduling has been paused while this issue is being addressed.

We will provide an update by 10am tomorrow.
