Coates Scheduling unavailable
This morning, the PBS system on Coates developed an issue with the storage holding its internal state.While systems engineers are working on recovering it from backup, any new job submissions will not be possible, nor will you be able to query job status with "qstat". Engineers are also investigating any potential impact to currently-running jobs, which is currently unknown.
"qsub" or "qstat" will result in messages such as: -bash-3.2$ qstat -aConnection refusedqstat: cannot connect to server coates-adm.rcac.purdue.edu (errno=111)
