Unscheduled Globus service outage

As of 4:12pm EDT, engineers have fixed the issue and have returned Globus connection on Data Depot endpoint back to normal service. Please report any issues to rcac-help@purdue.edu

The Globus connection began experiencing issues on Data Depot endpoint around 11:00am EDT. Engineers are currently diagnosing the issue and are working to identify a fix. Please use other data transfer methods introduced in the user guide.
We will provide an update by 5PM today.
