Potential Ticket Response Delays

As the holiday season approaches, we want to inform you about potential delays in our ticket response times until the end of this year. Our support team is currently working with reduced staff, impacting our ability to respond promptly. Additionally, Purdue will have its winter recess from December 22nd to January 1st, so RCAC will experience reduced operational capacity. This may contribute to additional delays in ticket responses.

To minimize inconvenience, please check training materials, user guides and FAQs on our websites rcac.purdue.edu for self-help resources. For urgent issues and requests, please mark your tickets as high priority, and we’ll prioritize them accordingly.
