Elham Barezi's Project
Elham is an AI research scientist at the Rosen Center for Advanced Computing at Purdue. Elham is contributing to AI computing efforts, including collaborating on research and cyberinfrastructure proposals, supporting researchers with her AI expertise. Sam Weekly's Project
Sam Weekly is a Research Solutions Engineer at Rosen Center for Advanced Computing Purdue. He helps reseachers solve their problems by contributing to the design, buildout and operations of the compute and storage systems our researchers leverage for their work. Nannan Shan's Project
Nannan Shan is a computational chemist by training who became a Senior Computational Scientist at the Rosen Center for Advanced Computing at Purdue. Nannan is part of the user support and application team to facilitate the usage of computation and storage resources at RCAC. Patrick Finnegan's Project
Patrick has worked with RCAC since before finishing his undergraduate degree at Purdue. He worked to build the first centralized Linux Clusters out of reused desktop PCs, moving to administrate systems with AIX, Solaris, Debian, and Redhat Linux. Patrick has spent a lot of time researching alternative and novel architectures for computing, from ARM to POWER, FPGAs, Xeon Phi, and even IBM Z. LJ Lumas's Project
LJ Lumas is a Senior Research Solutions Engineer specializing in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Kubernetes. Lumas's current role, combines cutting-edge technology with the satisfaction of empowering researchers to solve real-world problems. Sarah Rodenbeck's Project
Sarah Rodenbeck is a Lead Research Data Scientist at RCAC whose work is primarily focused around AI and machine learning. Her work primarily falls within two categories: internal data science work focused on helping improve RCAC operations with data science/AI, and researcher-facing work where she consults with researchers throughout the university on data and AI-related aspects of their work. Haniye Kashgarani's Project

Arun Seetharam's Project
Dr. Arun Seetharam is a lead bioinformatics scientist at Purdue University’s Rosen Center for Advanced Computing. With extensive expertise in comparative genomics, genome assembly, annotation, single-cell genomics, NGS data analysis, metagenomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. Arun supports a diverse range of bioinformatics projects across various organisms, including human model systems. Ashish is a Senior Research Data Scientist at the Rosen Center for Advanced Computing at Purdue. Rajesh Kalyanam's Project
As a computer engineer and research scientist for the Rosen Center for Advanced Computing, Rajesh works on both software engineering for research projects as well as writing grant proposals in collaboration with faculty who need advanced computing resources for their research projects. In his role at RCAC, Amiya leads scientific application deployment, build automation, and software testing on various HPC clusters. Jungha Woo's Project
Jungha Woo is a Lead Software Engineer in the Scientific Solutions Group at RCAC—a group tasked with helping researchers and professors utilize the university's computing resources. Jungha helps researchers run their code faster and easier on some Purdue or National clusters, among other things.
